The villa has a beautiful view and a pretty, well-maintained garden. There were 6 adults during our stay and the villa was easily spacious enough for us (it is bigger than it looks in the photos). The caretakers Georgeta and her husband, located next door, were friendly and helpful. The villa is conveniently located 5 minutes' drive from Arezzo while still very much being in the Tuscan countryside. All rooms were well-equipped and nicely decorated.
We did have a couple of issues: the oven broke, and one night there was no running water. There was a guide for guests, but it was not very useful: we would have appreciated instructions on how to dispose of the rubbish and how to turn on the poolside lights, for example. Some of our number found the beds uncomfortable. There is no air conditioning so it gets pretty hot indoors in summer.
Those minor issues aside, we thoroughly enjoyed the stay and we would be delighted to book the villa again.
