This farmhouse is perfect for a large group, especially one who knows each other well. The bedrooms are large, very unhotel-like. The kitchen, begin fully equipped, was wonderful for our resident chef to produce great meals. The adjacent dining room let the other 15 of us catch our breath, watch the meal in progress, or just sit and talk about the day's events. The living room was the site of many raucous Scrabble and poker games for our tame group.
The lawn and swimming pool offered a lot of outside space.
Out of all the places we visited, Montepulciano and Montechiello were the favorites - one doesn't have to go far.
There were only 2 drawbacks: the showers in the tubs were difficult to use (the shower head holder should be lower) and the tubs were hard for short people to disembark from. My group was also disappointed that there was not a clothes dryer - this was their first time in energy-conscious Tuscany!
